I am sorry for using my strengths to point out your weaknesses

I listened to a pretty awakening podcast tonight by Lisa Bevere. She speaks with such enthusiasm for the lord, love, and strength in couples. She described the difference in men and women, and why we are needing each other. She pointed out flaws she has made through her marriage, and how she’s grown from them. How she let’s God guide her marriage now. And how the strength of her tongue can be such a powerful tool. One thing she said that really spoke to me.

“I am sorry for using my strengths to point out your weaknesses.”

What a powerful thing for all wives to say to their husbands daily. And then follow through.
